Irene Mildred Selcho Doss

Irene Mildred Selcho Doss died Dec. 1, 2015, in her home in Candler, North Carolina. She was born on March 25, 1924, in Spokane to Emanuel Selcho and Mildred Myer Selcho.

Irene graduated from Ritzville High School in 1942. She married Everett Doss on Feb. 20, 1944. She had two children Melvin and Donna. Irene and Everett farmed their entire life.

Irene is preceded in death by her father and mother, her son, Melvin, and brother, Howard Selcho. She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Donna and Rick Bowers of Candler; grandchildren, Garrison Bowers of Charlotte, NC and Olivia Bowers of Hiawasee, Georgia; great granddaughter, Charlotte Bowers and extended family from Utah and Texas.

Internment will be July 22 at 10 a.m. at the Emanuel Lutheran Cemetery. Memorial service will be July 22 at The Emanuel Lutheran Church at 11 a.m.
