Fungi levels in downtown building

I would like to thank the Journal for it’s accurate reporting of the facts as reported on 202 West Main, a.k.a. the Ritzville Trading Co. Building.

As the owner of the property I would like to reassure the Ritzville Community that the reported air quality was within Industry Standards for “reasonably clean” spaces.

The Air Quality report stated that the spore counts for the RTC building were 7,100 and 17,000 spores/m3 for the hallway and Ruthie’s treatment room, respectively. These values were 49 percent and 113 percent of the outside air quality.
