LWK track team starts strong

The LWK track and field team competed in their first meet on March 19 at the Central Idaho Invitational in Lapwai. The girl’s team placed 12th with 13 points.

Girl’s Results

100: 20, Alynn Harder 15.35.

4x100: 9, Jazzmyn Gordon, Jessica Guske, Harder, Autumn Meyers 59.76.

Shot put: 8, Guske 25-06.

Discus: 6, Guske 72-01.

High jump: 3, Gordon 4-04. 11, Meyers 3-06.

Long jump: 6, Harder 13-04.

The team traveled to the 1B/2B District 9 Meet in Lewiston on March 23, where the girls finished eighth with 12 points.
