Public restrooms should be open 24/7

It certainly is too bad the community public bathrooms downtown are not open year round. Our town waited years to have this needed facility.

The same type of bathrooms stay open (example is Kahlotus and Harrington) every day for 24 hours. What is the problem in Ritzville?
