Adams County Sheriff renews contract with Town of Lind

At the regularly scheduled Lind Town Council meeting on Tuesday, Dec. 8, Sheriff Dale Wagner presented the council with the 2015 contract between the Town of Lind and the Adams County Sheriff’s Office for renewal.

The previous contract outlines the agreement between the two parties for the enforcement of certain laws by the Sheriff’s Office.

Sheriff Wagner read the contract in its entirety and entertained questions from the council. There was discussion in regards to the particular laws enforced by the deputies.
