Initial league games fall in favor of LRS Broncos team

The Lind-Ritzville/Sprague Broncos began league competition during the weekend with two victories, following a loss to the 1A Medical Lake Cardinals the Tuesday prior.

The Broncos now move forward with confidence for upcoming league competition, with their goal still set at earning a top seat in their half of the division.

The Broncos went on the road Dec. 8 to face the Medical Lake Cardinals in a nonleague contest.

After a close, and hard-fought battle in the first three quarters, the Broncos eventually subsided against Medical Lake and faced a 49-63 loss.
