Rural Aging Responsive Grant cycle opens soon

Empire Health Foundation’s Rural Aging Responsive Grant Cycle is designed to provide funding for a broad range of one-time projects designed to help adults age 60 and over live full, meaningful lives with independence and dignity.

Nonprofits looking to implement programs serving seniors in Adams County can apply.

The H.E. Gritman Senior Center received operational support from the grant in 2015 for a total of $9,900.
