On Sunday, Dec. 6, Lind held their annual Christmas Parade beginning with a chili feed and pictures with Santa.
A key part to the parade are the floats community members design and drive for the crowd to enjoy at 5:30 p.m.
In first place this year was Tyran Doyle and Friends with their Santa on the Farm float. They received a cash prize of $250.
From the Lind Exhaust Shop was the Lund Family Christmas float who received second place and a $150 cash prize.
There was a tie for third place this year.
One third place winner was CHS Connell Grain with their float, Santa on the Rooftop.
The other third place winner was the Melcher family with their Christmas Tractor float.
The award for third place was $100.
This event is sponsored by the Lind Chamber of Commerce and the Lind Lions Club.
