Appreciative for Cook’s article

Gary Cook wishes to become mayor of Ritzville and inasmuch as he is running unopposed, he is likely to become our next mayor.

I am grateful the folks at The Ritzville Journal provided Mr. Cook with an opportunity to express himself.

I believe the citizens of Ritzville should be encouraged by his willingness to provide us with his thinking regarding his forthcoming role as mayor. We can also be encouraged by what he had to say.
