Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce to join Teal Pumpkin Project

A teal pumpkin will join the fall decorations in the window at the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce office this year. The painted pumpkin indicates participation in the Teal Pumpkin Project.

The office will offer non-food treats for trick-or-treaters during this year’s Toddler Trick or Treat on Friday, Oct. 30, from 2 to 5 p.m.

As part of the effort to offer an alternative for individuals with food allergies or those for whom candy is not an option, a teal pumpkin cut-out and a free poster is available to any business who wishes to participate prior to Tuesday, Oct. 27.
