People for People meeting

People for People is a transportation service to the general public and special needs population.

In the near future they are looking into the potential of creating a route assisting Lind, Hatton and Washtucna.

They would like to connect these rural areas with transportation into larger towns as well as the possibility of connecting to other transit providers.

In order to evaluate the opportunity they are looking for the community’s input.

A community forum meeting will be held on Thursday, Oct. 15, at the Wastucna Lions Club building.

The meeting will begin at 7:15 p.m.
