The Lind Chamber of Commerce hosted a candidate forum on Oct. 6 for Lind candidates appearing on the upcoming General Election ballot. The Lind Town Council has two positions up for election with two candidates registered for each position.
The candidates appearing on the ballot are incumbent Paula Bell and John Claypool for Council Position No. 4, and Craig Cooper and Nick Meyers for Council Position No. 5.
The candidates had an opportunity to answer questions regarding their goals if elected, their vision for the future of the community and what motivates them as a councilmember.
