Hospital district updates, audit report presented

Joe Lodge from Dingus, Zarecor and Associates, PLLC, presented the Adams County Public Hospital District No. 2 Board of Commissioners with a financial statement and audit report, as well as an internal controls report.

DZA specializes in working with Critical Access Hospitals and the healthcare industry to complete these reports.

Lodge explained the district’s net condition figured in at $8.3 million, a healthy amount for the district. He noted the amount of cash on hand is down slightly from last year, but the district is still in a good position.
