CELEBRATION

CELEBRATION. After over 35 years as the mayor of Washtucna, Syd Sullivan retired from his position. The community united to host a celebration and show their gratitude for his service on Sept. 19. His great-grandchildren Sydney Kinch and Mercedes Miller greeted him with hugs.
