Foursquare Church hosting Community Bible Study

The Ritzville Foursquare Church is hosting an eight-week Bible study for men and women. The class will take place on Wednesday evenings from 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. beginning on Oct. 7 and ending in early December.

Pastor Bill Johnson will be heading the class entitled, ‘Hosting the Presence.’ During the duration of the course he will cover topics such as how God’s presence impacts one’s life and how to connect with the Holy Spirit that is always with you.

Pastor Johnson will answer these questions using scripture and will show attendees what it looks like to bring God’s presence into their everyday lives. This class is a journey that introduces you to prophets and kings from the Old Testament, people who in Johnson’s words, “God wanted to be with.” You will be encouraged to pursue the presence of God above all else.

The curriculum includes a workbook plus accompanying book. The costs for these items are $15 and $12, respectively. These books need to be ordered by Sept. 24.

To attend the event or to ask questions, contact Amy Galbreath at 659-0778 or [email protected], or the Ritzville Foursquare Church directly at 659-0773.
