Janet Gail Langenheder, 59, of Moses Lake, died on August 13.
Gail was born July 29, 1956, in Spokane, to Ed and Wilma Castle. Her father, Ed, has been deceased for many years. Her mother, Wilma, remarried, and together, she and James Laufer, raised Gail and her older brother Gary, as well as three additional children.
Gail is survived by her son, Jeremy Collins (Emily), grandchildren Kegan and Gage, and her daughter, Sierra Scoles (Josh), and grandchildren Savannah and Jayde, as well as her father and stepmother, James and Sally Laufer. She is also survived by her siblings: Roger Castle, Gary Castle, Keith Laufer, Kim Kienbaum, and Valerie VonOlnhausen.
Gail is preceded in death by her father, Ed Castle, and her mother, Wilma Laufer.
Gail was the kind of person who only wanted to see others happy. She lived her life with a ready smile on her face for whoever needed it. The last several years were spent enjoying her children and grandchildren; she found eternal joy in the smiles of her four grandchildren and loved them all deeply.
The graveside service was held on August 18, at The Ritzville Memorial Cemetery at 10:00 a.m. and was followed by a reception at St. Agnes Catholic Church, Ritzville.
