Galbreath prepares to compete in state DYW program

Hallie Jo Galbreath, Ritzville’s Distinguished Young Woman, is competing in the Washington State Distinguished Young Women Program in Pullman on Saturday, Aug. 1, at 7 p.m. in the Beasley Coliseum.

She is competing with 16 other young women from around the state. The winner at the state level will travel to Mobile, Alabama, for the 59th Annual Distinguished Young Women National Finals on June 23-25, 2016.

The teens will arrive Tuesday (July 28)) to begin practicing several stage routines that will highlight the 7 p.m. program Aug. 1 at the coliseum.
