Deadline extended to submit parade grand marshal nominations

The deadline to submit nominations for this year’s Ritzville Community Parade grand marshal has been extended to July 31, 2015.

The Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce is accepting nominations from educational institutions, civic, social, business or religious groups or by any interested individual, and forms are available at the chamber office located at 111 W Main Avenue in downtown Ritzville.

Areas of consideration include community service, personal accomplishment or awards, length of time living in the community, personal deeds and dedication to the community.
