Afternoon in the Park event scheduled July 19

The Ritzville Ministerial Association and the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce have partnered to offer an Afternoon in the Park event on Sunday, July 19, at the Ritzville City Park.

The afternoon will feature the Ritzville Ministerial Association’s annual ice cream social, with ice cream, toppings, bowls and spoons supplied by the organization.

New this year is the addition of sausage dogs and hot dogs provided by the chamber with plates, silverware and lemonade provided by the organization as well.

The festivities begin at 2 p.m. with sausage dogs and hot dogs, followed by the ice cream social. Those planning to attend are asked to take their own chairs.
