Bostic asks businesses, individuals to create disaster plan

Ritzville Fire Chief Jim Bostic presented during the general membership meeting of the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce on June 10 about the need for the local communities to create a disaster plan.

Bostic stressed the importance for the discussion about disaster plans needing to be created for local businesses. In the event similar to the eruption of Mount St. Helens or a massive earthquake affecting the other half of the state, Ritzville residents need to have a plan to know what to do.
