First is still best, I think

After two full seasons utilizing a beautiful all-weather track we get to celebrate a State track championship for a Bronco team. The LRS girls captured the 2B event in Cheney last Saturday edging out the St. George’s Dragons 74-71.

The Bronco girls were able to take home the first place trophy with a fourth place finish in the final event, the 1600-meter relay. St. George’s won the event but needed the Bronco gals to falter in the final event but the LRS team refused to let first place slip away.
