Nicholas C. Seivers

Nicholas C. Seivers, 83, Nick lost his battle with cancer on March 18th at his farm home near Lind, where he lived his entire life. He was born August 30, 1931 to Nick and Irene Seivers and had a lovely older sister, Delores.

He married Patricia “Patty” Bierman when he was twenty, and they had three sons. The oldest, Nick, died in a car wreck in 1968; Patty died in the same accident. Beloved son, Jim, who lives in Suncrest with his girlfriend, Rita Larsen, and David, who operates the family farm, survive him. Nick later married Betty LaVigne, who is deceased.
