Eastern Adams County's Only Independent Voice Since 1887
On Friday, Feb. 27, six Lind-Ritzville FFA members visited the Ronald McDonald House in Spokane.
Julie Hartz prepared breakfast that the students served to all guests. After breakfast students spent the morning with children staying at the house.
We tied fleece blankets, which were donated to the children. We also made foam airplanes, finger puppets, rings, and bobble head puppies with the children.
It was a very special time for our FFA members and children staying at the house.
Our chapter is holding a supply drive until March 13.
Drop off locations are: Jim’s Market, Lind Elementary School, Ritzville Grade School, Lind-Ritzville High School, Umpqua Bank, Wheatland Bank, U.S. Bank, Columbia Bank, Sunny Spot Floral and Gifts, Cow Creek Mercantile, Ritzville Post Office, Bob’s TV and Appliance, Ritzville Public Library, Leffel, Otis and Warwick, and Uniquely Washington.
