4-H volunteer leader training Feb. 28

On Saturday, Feb 28, Bridget Rohner, WSU Extension Family and Community Educator for the Lincoln-Adams area will be conducting training for adults interested in working with youth through the 4-H program.

Lauren Hrncirik, the new 4-H Youth Development Regional Specialist will also assist with the training.

The training is broken down into two sessions. In the first session Rohner will give an overview of 4-H history and the current programs. The second session focuses on the “learn by doing’ philosophy of 4-H and provides specific teaching skills and resources.
