Fundraiser Saturday for local high school student

The Ritz Roadhouse is sponsoring the Have a Heart Fundraiser on Valentine’s Day to help support Lind-Ritzville High School student Alisha Baker.

The pancake feed event runs from 8 a.m. until 1 p.m. at The Ritz Roadhouse.

Baker has been selected to take part in an ambassador trip through People to People and she will be traveling to Australia and New Zealand next summer.

Fifty percent of the proceeds from Saturday’s event go directly to Baker to attend the trip.

The Ritz Roadhouse is encouraging all area residents to support a local student by enjoying a meal on Feb. 14.
