Big Bend Community College is sponsoring a Pilot’s Safety Seminar on Saturday, Jan. 31, at BBCC Flight Training Center Building (3000) at the Grant County International Airport.
The seminar is free and is open to all pilots or anyone interested in learning more about flying. Pilot’s attending may qualify for three credits of instruction required for the FAA Wings Program and the ground school portion of the Flying Farmer’s APT Program. Pilots should bring their most current sectional chart.
Registration begins at 9:30 a.m. at the Flight Training Center building and refreshments will be available.
The seminar begins promptly at 9:50 a.m. and goes until 3:30 p.m. with a break for lunch at noon. Participants may bring a sack lunch or eat downtown.
