City Council gives appointments

At the Dec. 16 meeting of the Ritzville City Council Dede Rawlings took her oath of office and was officially seated on the council. She filled the vacant position of City Council, Position Ward Two.

Also during the meeting the council voted unanimously to approved the appointment of Brooke Hayes to the Tree Board.
