Caring Neighbors, a nonprofit entity established by Big Bend Electric Co-op, recently donated to the Adams County Juvenile Court.
The Juvenile Court plans to use the donation to provide more detention alternative programs for both youth and their families in Ritzville, Lind and Othello.
