Council appoints Ward 2 representative

After requesting community involvement in committee’s and the council, Mayor Linda Kadlec announced to the council she had received responses and requested the council approve her appointments to various positions.

Deloris Silva volunteered to the Helping Others Committee, Gary Cook to the Tree Board and Stephen McFadden volunteered to serve on the planning commission.

These appointments were all approved by unanimous vote by the council.

Mayor Kadlec also announced that Dede Rawlings had volunteered to serve as Council Member Ward Two and requested the council approve her appointment, which they did so unanimously.

Rawlings will be seated on the council at the next meeting.
