Veterans Day Assembly

A hero is defined as any one admired for their courage, nobility, or exploits, especially in war.

From an acting lieutenant to a prisoner of war, from the military platoon across the globe to the veteran living down the street, all of our nation’s heroes share common characteristics: strength, perseverance and sacrifice.

No words, however, can accurately describe the gallant and chivalrous actions or devastating losses they withstood in order to protect and sustain America’s freedom.
