4-H ACHIEVEMENT. The leaders of the Cool Threads 4-H Club presented members with their year pins during the 4-H Achievement Day in Washtucna on Oct. 11. Members also honored the 4-H leaders for their years of service and dedication to the organization.

Members and leaders of area 4-H groups gathered at the Washtucna Lions Den to recognize the achievements of their members and leaders during the year on Saturday, Oct. 11.

The gathering began with leaders introducing their members, talking about the history of the club and describing the activities the club had participated in during the year.

Representatives were present from the Birds of Play, Lind Learners, Saddle Warmers, Ritzville Homesteaders and Cool Threads 4-H clubs.

During this time leaders honored the members for their years in 4-H, presenting them with year pins.
