Construction continues on Division Street with the contractor reporting to engineer Jake Youngren that concrete would begin to be poured on Tuesday, Oct. 21.
Crews would be moving south, prepping each intersection and pouring concrete for the ADA ramps.
On Thursday, Oct. 23, the grind of Division Street will begin at 8 a.m. There will be traffic control on Division street between First and Sixth avenues during this time.
Division Street was closed on Monday and Tuesday to allow for city crews to work on the water lines underneath the street but at the construction meeting on Tuesday, Public Works Director Larry Swift expected the street would reopen that day.
Paving is scheduled to begin on Monday, Oct. 27. It was not yet known if paving would take one or two days.
The duration of the paving would depend upon the completion of the curbing along Division.
