Burn ban lifted

The Adams County Fire Protection Districts have announced the burn ban has been lifted throughout the county. Residents are reminded permits must still be obtained to burn outside of the city.

Fire Protection District No. 1 Chief Scott Kembel said burning permits are available at Iverson Law Office or Bob’s TV and Appliance in Ritzville.

Ritzville Fire Chief Jim Bostic reminds city residents all fires must be attended during the day, and always contact dispatch before burning.
