SWINGING INTO PLACE. The new public restrooms on Railroad Avenue were delivered on Tuesday, Aug. 5. Public Works Director Larry Swift reported at the Ritzville City Council Meeting that evening the plumbing had been hooked up but the restrooms are still closed off.
