Grange in need of volunteers during fair

The Ralston Grange is operating a bingo and food concession at the Wheat Land Communities’ Fair again this year.

Additional volunteers are needed to fill the shifts from Friday until Sunday.

Shifts needing workers are Friday, Aug. 29, from 4-7 p.m.; Saturday, Aug. 30, from 1-4 p.m., 4-7 p.m., and 7-9 p.m.; and Sunday, Aug. 31, from 12-3 p.m., and 3-5 p.m.

No experience is needed to work at the booth and individuals do not need to be a Grange member to volunteer.

The concession booth is the main fundraiser for the Grange with proceeds used for maintenance of the hall, Ralston’s community park, and the bingo building, as well as supporting community projects throughout the year.
