June 12, 3:12p.m.- Complainant requested extra patrol on North E Street in Lind. Complainant reported that a student who was banned from promotion had planned on showing up anyway.

June 12, 10:15 p.m.- Deputy Darryl Barnes was dispatched to a report of a collision with a deer on Highway 395. While en route rescue units advised that the vehicle was no longer at the scene and Barnes cleared from the call without incident.

June 13, 3:36 p.m.- Deputy Barnes responded to a 911 hang-up call on South Pence Road in Lind. Barnes found that the incident was caused by operator error.

June 14, 1:25 a.m.- Deputy Hunter Klewin responded to a report of a dispute at Love’s Truck Stop. When he arrived Sgt. Mark Cameron of the Ritzville Police Department had already settled the dispute and the two subjects left Ritzville.

June 14, 11:08 a.m.- Deputy Jeffrey Lane responded to a report of domestic violence on Thiel Street in Washtucna. The complainant was given a ride to Ritzville.

June 14, 11:14 p.m.- A complainant advised that they had contacted a group of people playing loud music in a car at the Lind Fairgrounds.

The subjects were intoxicated and threatened to assault the complainant. The subjects left on foot and because of the darkness the complainant could not describe them. The complainant was advised to call if the subjects returned.

June 15, 11:10 a.m.- A complainant on Urquhart Road advised that they had found a black and white cocker spaniel near the road. The complainant advised that they had the dog at their house and would be contacting Pet Rescue and will call back if they find the owner.

June 15, 7:57 p.m.- A Lind complainant advised that they heard gunshots coming from the quarry on Highway 21.

Deputy Klewin contacted subjects in the quarry and found the landowner’s son was with the group. Klewin advised complainant that the subjects had permission to be on the property.

June 16, 8:15 a.m.- A Lind complainant requested a hulk vehicle form for a vehicle on their property. Deputy Ned Bernath handled the paperwork.

June 16, 10:27 p.m.- ADT advised of an alarm on East Schoesler Road. The property owner was contacted and they advised that they alarm had been tripped accidentally.

June 16, 4:44 p.m.- Deputy Bernath responded to West Second Street in Lind for a report of possible theft of services.

June 16: 7:30 p.m.- Deputy Klewin responded to the senior center in Lind for a report of a stolen bench.

June 16, 8:47 p.m.- Deputy Klewin responded to an incident of theft off of a BNSF service truck one mile west of Lind.

June 16, 10:11 p.m.- Deputy Klewin responded to East Fifth Street in Lind after a complainant reported seeing subjects loading tools and vehicle parts into a truck. Subjects were found to have permission from the owner to use the garage for mechanic work.

June 18, 8:58 a.m.- Complainant on West Second Street in Lind requested contact for inconsistencies brought up by his accountant and the state lotto commission. Deputy Bernath responded to the call.
