Two injured in rollover accident

Ritzville emergency personnel and Washington State Patrol responded to a one-vehicle rollover accident at 7:13 p.m. on Tuesday, July 22, at the Paha-Packard exit on westbound I-90.

The driver of the vehicle, Timothy Jorden of Longview, and a five-year-old child were both injured in the accident.

After being transported to East Adams Rural Hospital, the juvenile was then transported by ambulance to Sacred Heart Medical Center. Jorden was airlifted to Deaconess Medical Center.

Both individuals were wearing restraints at the time of the accident.
