The middle school students are finishing up there year with performances and projects. The band is doing their spring concert, the junior honor society did a carwash, and students helped at the Summer Kick Off Fun Fair.
The band’s spring concert is being held on Thursday, May 29, at 6 p.m. in the middle school gym. The fifth, sixth, seventh and eighth grade bands have been practicing their songs and are super excited for their next year in band.
Caden Liberty said, “The best part about being in band is being able to play fun music every day.”
The junior honor society held a car wash on Saturday at the Umpqua Bank in Ritzville. It was very successful! Many cars were washed and we received a lot of donations for the Ritz Theater.
Megan Buriak said, “The best part about doing service projects in the honor society is the feeling that you know that you’ve done something right for someone other than yourself.”
Thank you to all of those who participated in the car wash and thank you to those who donated.
Friday was the Summer Kick Off at the middle school ball field. There were awesome games and prizes, and amazing student volunteers. Jack Anderson and Brianna KinKade were two middle school victims of the dunk tank.
Remember to attend the spring concert at the middle school to support the Bulldogs.
