Float preview Thursday night on Main

The annual preview for the float designed by Ritzville Festivals Association is tonight, Thursday, May 15, at dusk. The float begins its loop, led by the Lind-Ritzville marching band, down Main Avenue at dusk.

The Distinguished Young Woman of Ritzville Cassie Ewing, and the Ritzville Distinguished Young Women representatives Kymberlee Webb and Katie Manke will be riding on the float. This year’s float theme is “Wonder Land” and based on Alice in Wonderland.

Community members are invited to line the streets and welcome the debut of the Distinguished Young Women and the float.
