Eastern Adams County's Only Independent Voice Since 1887
Bill and Hollie Banner’s son, Dillon (age 20), was in a terrible car accident on Sunday, April 6, in North Dakota.
He rolled his car five times and flew out the sunroof. He survived, but is dealing with many injuries. He had surgery on Monday, April 7, to reconstruct his face and reattach his nose.
Dillon also had spine surgery the following Wednesday that included several screws and two titanium rods that are now supporting his spine, due to one cracked vertebrae and one split vertebrae, four broken ribs, a gash on his shoulder and more injuries to heal over a long period of time.
The Banner family has been a wonderful part of our small community here. We ask you to remember them and the challenges they are facing and will be facing as they bring Dillon home and help his body to heal.
An account has been set up for them at the Sterling Bank, 108 E. First Ave., Ritzville, WA (Dillon Banner Benefit Account). Please feel free to donate, even a small amount to help them financially.
Thank You.
