Legislative Commentary

The final stage of the legislative session began Saturday. Friday the Senate finished voting on bills that had already been passed by the House of Representatives. We spent our Saturday on what are called “concurrences” – meaning we look at the changes made to Senate bills by the House, and decide whether to agree.
