RACC, City of Ritzville to honor local heroes

The City of Ritzville and the Ritzville Area Chamber of Commerce are partnering to recognize those who went above and beyond the call of duty during a multiple-vehicle accident on Dec. 20, 2013, with a night in their honor on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at the C.J. Newland American Legion Memorial Hall.
