Little League desperately needs volunteers

Ritzville’s Little League program needs volunteers in order to ensure the program is able to conduct a Little League season this year.

Chad Hoeft said the local committee is short handed in numerous ways and must find new volunteers to fill board vacancies, coach teams, umpire and help during the annual field maintenance day.

The Ritzville Little League Board of Directors will meet on Tuesday, Feb. 11, at 7 p.m. at Sterling Bank. The necessary new volunteers must be present at the meeting in order to plan for the upcoming season.
