Robert (Bob) Kenneth Tracy

Robert (Bob) Kenneth Tracy died Dec. 23 after a 19 month battle with Leukemia. Robert was born Oct. 2, 1951.

Robert joined the Merchant Marines at the age of 17 and later became an iron worker for 23 years. He and his wife Sandy moved to Ritzville in 1991 where he worked for the City of Ritzville for 17 years. He was the president of Eagles club four different times. He helped with projects on the community float. He loved fishing and hunting. In the last few years took up the hobby of building bird houses. He loved his family and enjoyed his friends. He will be missed by all.

He was preceded in death by his father Richard who died Aug.13, 1987; mother Adrienne who died June 8, 2010; sister Colleen who died June 24, 2009; brother Patrick who died Dec. 9, 2004 ; and brother Donald who died May 5, 1987.

He is survived by his wife of 36 years Sandy; daughters Karin (Cory) Ehrorn of Monroe, WA, Crecha (Robb) McLane of Arlington, WA and step daughter Kim (Tom) Bepple of Ephrata; four grandsons, two granddaughters and two great grandchildren; an almost daughter (niece) Monica; his uncle Mike of Juneau, AK; and many other nieces and nephews.

A service for Robert will be held on Saturday, Jan. 11, at 2 p.m. at the Eagles Club in Ritzville.
