Park & Rec district moves meeting

The Parks and Recreation District No. 4 has changed the Dec. 9 board meeting time to 6:30 p.m. at the Public Works building in Ritzville. The board generally meets at 7 p.m. but typically changes to an earlier meeting time during the winter months.
