It is that time of year when residents are reminded it is time to “fall back.” Daylight Saving Time ends on Sunday, Nov. 3, at 2 a.m. when residents should move their clock back an hour.
Daylight Saving Time began on March 10 and clocks are moved back in autumn in order to allow more daylight in the evening hours....
