HONORING THE FLAG

A flag retirement ceremony to properly honor and retire unserviceable flags from the Ritzville cemetery and fire station, drew a large crowd of veterans, Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts and citizens to the Wheat Land Communities’ Fairground on Oct. 24.
