Meeting, musical performance set at library

The Annual Friends of the Library meeting is slated for Monday, Oct. 28, at 5 p.m. and is immediately followed by a performance by classical guitarist Peter Fletcher.

The concert begins at 6 p.m. and is open to the public. Fletcher has been performing since the age of seven and has performed in venues throughout the world.
