Inga Freia Labes

Inga Freia (Overlie) Labes died at the age of 101 on Sept. 6 at Guardian Angel Homes in Liberty Lake.

She was born July 11, 1912, to Norwegian immigrants Erland and Marit (Sather) Overlie on the homestead in Zero, Mont.

She graduated from Pasco High School in 1930. She then worked at Columbia Hardware as a bookkeeper.

She married Frank Davis on May 19, 1934, in Prosser.

They lived in Pasco, where Frank was employed by the Northern Pacific Railroad. Their two children, Carl John and Mary Ann were born there.
