Cloyd Joe Blake died at the age of 79 on July 31 in Ritzville.
A memorial service is set for Sunday, Sept. 29, at 2 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church in Ritzville.
The Neptune Society of Spokane is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial donations be made to Trinity United Methodist Church, PO Box 353, Ritzville WA 99169.
